Gammanzi  감만지

Gammanzi (1995) refers to her works as "Colla-Painting." She aims to simultaneously express both collage (the attachment of objects to the canvas) and painting by artistically transforming the collagraph technique (a printmaking method) for her canvases.
Using her personal experiences, she captures the frail solitude of humanity within her illustratively composed scenes.

감만지(1995)는 자신의 작품을 콜라페인팅이라고 칭한다.
판화에서 사용되는 기법인 지판화(Collagraph)를 회화적으로 변형시켜
화면에 사물을 부착하는 콜라주와 그림을 동시에 표현하고자 한다.
삽화처럼 구성된 화면에 작가의 개인적 경험을 빌어 인간의 연약한 고독을 담아낸다.
